Parkway has a very loyal clientelle becuase we offer impecable service, proffessionalism & respect to all our clients, which they fully appreciate & with good reason do not want us to close our doors. In fact a great majority have voiced they will abandon G.M. before they will PARKWAY.
A loyal clientelle of any business is the key to success & so General Motars open your eyes & pick your brain before doing the unthinkable
to such a successful dealer run by an honourable family with ethics & sincere business tactics. This would be a grave error on your part to not reconsider your decision. If not so, may leave a very bad taste in the mouths of our loyal G.M. clients for a very long time to come.
PARKWAY DOORS ARE NOT CLOSED, WE ARE OPRN FOR BUSINESS & WILL BE FOR A VERY LONG TIME TO COME.

Sincerely

My wife and I were shocked to receive a letter from GM a couple of days ago, announcing their withdrawal of Parkway's status as a recognized GM service provider. In fact, just this evening we were discussing how to respond to them - angry, calm, something in between... - but firmly saying that we will abandon GM long before we abandon Parkway, which has given us nothing but excellent and friendly service over the years. I wish you the best of success in your legal struggle, but please be sure that this family will remain your loyal customer, and friend, no matter what happens.

I've been a loyal customer to Parkway for over 15 years and receiving good service by the staff (mechanics, sales rep - Tony Herrero). I've bought both Pontiac and Chevolet cars all my life - and do this day - I still prefer Pontiac cars. I was very shocked that GM Canada had decided to close the doors on Parkway even after the fact they own the land and one of the top dealers known for the selling and service. I've gone to other dealerships for service when I was in a bind - and the service "welcoming and warm reception" from those places were lacking.
Perhaps, GM has now giving me the green light to go for a Japanese car when the time comes to purchase my next car.
Bravo GM !!!
I just want to wish all the staff at Parkway all the best with the legal battle and perhaps one day (hopefully in a short time) we can be a family again.!

Vous me décevez grandement. Je m'attendais à plus de Parkway and I will tell 10 friends about the poor service I got there.

In 2005 I made a carreer change and took a course as a sales and leasing consultant. As a newcomer in the business I had to find a job. Believe or not Parkway opened there doors for me and started working right away selling pontiacs and buicks.I learned alot from Frank and Nick very friendly and helpfull people. I believed so much in the product that I decided to lease a brand new Pontiac Torrent. Presently I do not work there anymore but I still brought my vehicle for service at Parkway and was very satisfied with the service and the friendlyness of the sales staff. I was shocked when I got the letter from GM. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER GM DEALER !!! other than Parkway. that dealership is a friend no matter what happens and I will continue to pass by and say hello to my friends and the Dealer.

To all our clients, please take note that we are still here to serve you and to provide you with all your acquisition, maintenance and repair needs for your GM vehicles. You have probably already received a letter from GM dated December 6th 2010 advising you that we are no longer an authorised GM Dealer since November 1st 2010. The most frequently asked question by most is: “Why are we only being advised now, why not at the beginning of November or even the end of October? “ Our position in firm and clear, GM does not have the right to terminate our agreement and since the beginning of November have undertaken legal actions against GM and that the decision was ill founded. The court proceedings have been ongoing and will continue into the New Year. For these reasons we are depending on your continued support and loyalty and assure you that we have no intentions to close our doors or to go away. So please call us or email us to schedule an appointment, ask for clarifications or simply answer one or more of your questions, and rest assured that we will continue providing you with the best service. This decision has not been reached without consideration of several factors. Probably, you are doing a good job technically, but that does not mean you are perfect. One of the factor, is customer service. I have experienced personally very agressive way from the Parkway side. You need to assess every point in your business.
